Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Perfect location and perfectly clean room. This is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. Only negative was that it could’ve done with a little fridge, and the shower/bath taps have a mind of their own, even with the instructions. Its a lovely hotel and would recommend staying here, thank you x

Had booked a Anfield tour for my husbands birthday but it got cancelled. So went for the weekend anyway. Anfield stadium is just up the road from the hotel. The bar was busy when we got there A young lady was helpful looking our case till check in time. The room was big with 2 single beds and a double bed. The room was at the front but very quiet the evening. The staff were lovely. It was about £10 in an uber to Liverpool

Having stayed before,we chose again. The staff were amazing and helpful. However the breakfast buffet wasn’t good,the food quality poor. In our room we were unable to adjust the AC which kept coming on at random times. We couldn’t use the bath as the tap switch when pressed sprayed water out of the the tap and literally soaked everything. The free mini bar for one night consisted of water,juice or pale ale. We never received the discounts at the sky bar or the restaurant. For 340 a night you expected a bit more. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The staff were amazing though
