I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night ...

It is what it says on the tin. Nice country side, animals around. Did not see anyone at checkin all info was sent via email (which was exhaustive), which felt a bit inpersonal. Nice close walk and easy reach to local sites
