Our stay was great and the AC was nice during the warm heat.

We really liked the close knit community of the village. It felt very homey. Staff and guests were very friendly.

Great stay and wonderful customer service. When we arrived they mentioned items in our room bar were complimentary. We had two bottles of water and a chocolate small wafer in the fridge. However, when refreshing the room, the cleaner gave us more bottles of water and a number of snacks, which we appreciated. A really nice gesture. Hotel bar staff was smiling and kind. We appreciated the AC, as it was quite hot in Munich. A number of places don’t have AC. Shampoo/body wash, along with conditioner bottles we (and the staff) could not open, they brought another. Overall the staff and atmosphere were wonderful. We would stay here again but we will check the amenities and function once we arrive.

I was attracted to the quaint boutique style look to it. I understood that there was a bit of age to the building. But I did not understand is how in the middle of a heat wave there are no extra fans, no extra window units. Only really helpful staff to me was an older gentleman on the evening or overnight shift, who made it his obligation to make sure that every request of mine was fulfilled. He was excellent, even with our language barrier. My room had an old decor, but still charming. One of my sconces, only lighting near bed, did not work, nor did the blow dryer. The bottom of one wall was peeling or cracking not sure how to explain it. As I mentioned earlier, hot and humid as heck in the room, with one fan dedicated to about 450 ft.² when asked multiple times for fans no one really even got back to me to provide an answer. There’s more but I can’t remember. Breakfast was delightful and very cute! Service was lovely! The location is excellent, within walking distance of luxury shops, foods, museums, attractions. Really great!
