住宿简介

The Compass Loft Studio near TSU with EV Charger

  • The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/travel theme that reflects the spirit of our other Compass listings. We are 3 blocks from TSU and close to the Downtown Square. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. It's a Studio style floor plan and it has a private, vintage bathroom. The kitchenette has a sink, Keurig, and a mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We offer a Level 2, 210 EV Charger.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Compass Loft. This is our second stay and are grateful to have found this location. The online description and pictures are spot on and the hosts are very easy to work with and are very welcoming. The host’s communication is very descriptive and helpful. We’ll always look to see if this property is available before booking anywhere else.

TSU Family Weekend - Sept 2024

The Compass Loft was as described and even cuter than the pictures. Cold A/C, comfortable bedding, hot water, private, quiet, adequate parking, and the hosts left notes to make our visit personal - super nice touch. We are already looking to see when we can go back!
