“Location was fantastic in the middle of everything, and parking was great, especially since it was so crowded everywhere else when we were in Bar Harbor. Very much enjoyed the breakfast at Everyday Joe's downstairs. The place was clean and communications with Diwas, the owner, was prompt, courteous and efficient. Had a great stay.”

“We loved it! So quaint and cozy! Very clean! We loved the breakfast every morning. The staff is so friendly and the food was great! It was out of the busy touristy area but a perfect walk to every where!! Would def recommend the stay here! We’ll be back!”

“Great location. Included breakfast downstairs was a nice bonus. Busy area can be a little loud at night, so plan accordingly. Excellent, responsive host. Surrounded by shopping, great restaurants, and entertainment.”

“First floor of property was under construction and looked a bit shabby. Overall unit was good although electronics took some getting used to. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable, fantastic location, streaming services were a nice touch. Communication was okay, were responsive but mostly nit timely. Did respond quickly when needed a blanket. The offer for early check in, late check out for a 35 fee was odd, have never come across that. The pictures are nicer than the actual place. Needs some tlc. There’s no garden view from the garden room. There’s no garden at all. One thermostat for whole house. Might not work for everyone. Very……

“Great stay, cute and simple.”

“Great location, walkable to Main St. Peaceful.”

“Very private, yet very convenient to both sides of Mt. Desert Island. We walked 10 minutes to main road and caught the Island Explorer shuttle and hardly had to use our car. Property had everything we needed.”

“Nice spot that is very close to bar harbor. Very clean and great for a large amount of people. ”

“Location and communication were excellent. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.”
