It was just about what you'd expect from a cheap small-town roadside motel. Be careful if you are bringing a dog, the didn't give any indication of an upcharge on the expedia site but tried to tack on 10 bucks when I arrived. All they need to do is put it on the website. Other than that, the product matched the price and the expectations.

Ok for the money
This older hotel works, but could use some updating and more attention to detail. Our first room's bathroom ceiling had some debris and water falling out of the fan all over the clean towels, making them damp and dirty. We got moved to another and it was acceptable, but the whole place needs renovating. For the price it worked though.

Did not stay here!! Place was very run down.Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. Very questionable people hanging around. Did not feel safe staying there with my 11 yr old granddaughter. Lost my money on this choice!!!

This is what you pay for. It's a old place that needs to be updated. The bathroom was the worst...slippery tub, no soap, no kleenex, and just overall not the cleanest room. Location was good for what we needed and had a large refrigerator!

Please don’t even consider this place. Dirty….smelled like mildew and urine combined. Hole in the wall covered by paper. Sketchy other guests appeared to be staying long term? Front door took force to open once closed and the stairs to second floor were loose and broken. Did not feel safe at all.

Horrible! Dirty dirty dirty!! Everything! Hallway to room was very dirty and smelled horrible! Some guy was sleeping on the floor in the hallway. Room was sooo dirty and smelled awful! We did NOT stay! Front desk service was horrible. Don’t speak english and always mumbling!!! Couldnt hear what was said. Very frustrating! Never ever go there again!!!

Nightmare on Elm street!
Arrived and was told they did not have my reservation. Looked through papers and found it. Spent the night to be woken at 3:30 by a guy outside my bedroom window yelling and screaming and arguing with someone. Could not call office due to phone not working. Laid in bed for an hour listening and hoping the guy did not come through my window or door. Finally called 911 and had Police come. By the time the police shows the guy went into his room next door. Could not sleep the night and left early morning with no one in office to complain to.

Filthy dirty, stinks, can hear foot steps and sneezes from up stairs, could not understand person behind the desk. Found a pill on the floor at the bottom of the bed. Small tree leaves on the carpet when first entering the room. Almost fell in the tub the first time, tub bottom was v-shaped with no foot gripings. Damn poor experience, these buildings should have been torn down 20 years ago. I will never think of going back ! ! !

Dirty,disorganized front desk,giving the wrong room & walked in room that was occupied!No dead bolt or security lock on inside,no toilet paper,fridge froze our food & drinks.Would of bailed but we drove 4 hrs.& we're tired!Want my$ back,overall disaster😭

Does anybody work here?
There was no stay. Showed up about 3pm to check in and the office was locked up. Nobody around. Waited about 45 minutes and nobody came so we could never check in. Ended up having to book another hotel. We stopped by later (after 10pm) and nobody was there either that we could talk to about it. Never saw an employee on site either time that we could ask about it either.

Very low quality
The price was good but the bed appeared to be slept in. I pulled the covers back and found human and animal hair in the sheets as well as stains. The door didn't lock just the safety flap worked. It was a unpleasant experience

This place needs to be torn down, there was nothing I like about that place there were stains on the top sheet on the blanket and holes in the bed spread, Microwave didn't work and the ref smelled bad. There was mold in the tub area and we didn't get a good night sleep because we could feel the springs in the mattress. I don't even know how this could be a place that your company could put up on it site. This is the kind of place where drug deals go down and hookers go.

This motel is advertised as dated. That is fine, but not maintained or carefully cleaned is another issue. The first clue was a large cobweb hanging from the ceiling down to the lamp shade. There were also a few more. The room did not provide a phone or a clock. Glad we were there for only one night

I paid $50 a night, so I had low expectations for my room. I stayed for three nights, I was desperate, so I took it. This property more than met my expectations. The gentleman who checked me in spoke very little English, when I asked questions, he could not answer me. A continental breakfast was advertised, this property offers no continental breakfast. My microwave and refrigerator did not work, at all. The room was VERY dusty; and the shower was shabby, looking like it was not updated since the 1980's. Every time I went up and the the WELL worn steps to the second floor I was met with a trash can that smelled like fermenting food. To top it off, the parking lot looked like a giant ash tray.

Expedia informed me less than 24 hours before my stay that the property overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. Reservation services was unable to in any replacement rooms so I got my own in Steven point Rapids Inn and suites charged me $202 for not staying there This is ridiculous

Thank goodness I was not staying overnight!
Not so good. We were only using the room to get ready for an event, so we were not staying overnight. When we arrived at 2:30 PM, the room was not ready yet. The staff asked if it was ok that we got a room with two doubles that was fine. We walked in the room and the window was open and the temp outside was 50 degrees, and so was the temp of the room. The heater did not work. The one double bed was not made, and the bedding was in a pile on the floor. The bathroom was not clean, and there were four locks on the door, because three of them were broken. I was charged twice for the room, and now it is taking 3-5 days for the credit to my account to appear. Overall not a happy stay. I guess you get what you pay for. Shame on me for being a cheapskate...
