I arrived at hotel around 11pm and homeless people everywhere outside. Area is very suspect and most likely not safe for a family. Was greeted by a friendly girl at at front desk. Parking is horrible here. Their was absolutely no place to park. I was advised by front desk to park at the Food For Less parking lot and I refused. I’d definitely come to find my truck broken into or gone. I was forced to wait to find a parking spot. Had a very early departure the next morning and only ended up with 5 hours of sleep. Couldn’t stop worrying if my vehicle would be there when I came out. Hotel not secure. Outside door to my building would not stay closed and locked. Anyone could enter as they pleased. I would definitely not stay again here and would recommend you bypass this hotel even if price is good. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere more safe in a better part of town.

The staff is always friendly, helpful, and expedient when checking you in. I would say they make the guest feel like he got the vip treatment, Everytime.

Do not stay here they have bed bugs my whole body is bitten and they knew of it i was sick and got an infection from the bites ruined my whole trip to California i couldn't sleep for 3 days and had to sit in a chair to sleep the whole property has them not ok at all...
