Check-in via slotted exterior window with freeway noise making it difficult to hear. Could use total renovation, flaking paint in bathroom, malfunctioning plumbing, general dirty appearance. Malfunctioning microwave. TV remote needs batteries.

It was run down and legitimately ghetto. The door of the bathroom and next door room were tagged with graffiti. My 8 year old, who rolls on the ground with the dog, refused to sleep in the beds and instead slept on his suitcase. This property is in bad need of a renovation.

There was nothing to like. There was no name on the building. The parking lot was dark. I had to stand outside and talk to hotel desk through a tiny little window, no instructions how to get to room or where to park.. People were hanging around outside the only entry door which was in back of the property. Hallway was noisy and dirty. The room was not clean. Curtains were mangled. Floor was dingy and dirty. Sticker on the furniture. We left immediately. They did not give us our $60 hotel deposit they charged on registration or refund us the price of the room. I am very disappointed in Expedia for advertising and renting out this sad property.
