Recently and beautifully renovated, this condo is stylish and centrally located! With one queen bedroom and another BR with a twin-over-full bunk, it is perfect for families or small groups. Enjoy community amenities like an indoor pool and shared hot tub. Walk to the Rec Path, Idletyme, and the Alchemist, or drive just 8 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort and 5 minutes to Main Street. Ideal location, unique and modern updates, and great amenities—your perfect Stowe retreat awaits!


*Please note: This condo is located on the 3rd floor and is a walk-up unit, with additional stairs to reach the building. The view makes it all worthwhile!



*Water Disclosure:
The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.



*Enjoy the view of the ski slope!
*There is shuttle service from the bottom of the Complex to the slopes.


*Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.



* Office open Thursday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
*The pool, hot tub, and gym are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.


*Amenity Update – Temporary Pool Building Closure
Please note that the Pool Building, including the Fitness Center, will be closed from November 13–20, 2025 for the installation of a brand-new hot tub. During this time, there will be construction activity around the area, and access will not be permitted. We appreciate your understanding as this exciting upgrade is completed — the new hot tub will be ready for guests to enjoy starting November 20, 2025!
