Room was fine, spacious. Bed was less than great, but did the trick for one night. The location is great, near so many interesting places to explore. The biggest disappointment was the shower. The hot water lasted less than two minutes and for the remaining time was ice cold. Tried at two different times of the day, hoping that it might have been a fluke the first time, but the results were the same. I hope that they resolve this in the future, for the sake of future quests. I know, for myself, a hot (or even warm) shower is appreciated at the end of a long day. We had 2 delicious breakfasts at the restaurant - and Suzy, our server, was warm, friendly and stellar with all customers. You enter into the restaurant which also is the front desk, so we had to wait for service and it was of course busy. That said, it's a unique experience. The room was great, clean, and comfortable. Easy access, and the area around the hotel has many food options and is walkable to many places in Stratford. The bathroom had tiny ants. We had dinner at the inn and we were not impressed at all . First, they had a daily dinner special and the Yorkshire pudding wasn't cooked properly and the said dessert wasn't available so I got an alternative and I was charged more than the 59 dollars. When we addressed the issues no compensation at all. I was told they were not expecting many orders for the special, my god then don't offer it! The food also was drowned in salt! The staff were very nice. The room is spacious. However, we found ants all over the sink in bathroom. There was also a couple ants crawling on table when we had dinner downstairs.
