“We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon in August. We pre-booked the spa, a cooking class, wine tasting and a cocktail masterclass. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, all very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with delicious fruits, cheeses, meat and pastries. The views of the lake from the top floor restaurant are stunning. We ate at LeBolle twice……

“This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The only complaint is the 5% service charge that shows up on the bill at the end of the trip. They charge 5% on the entire stay, room charge and all. I was tipping throughout my stay not knowing about this charge. You are allowed to decline the charge but similar to the U.S. you’re kinda shamed into accepting. Buyer beware!”

“This was a standout hotel for our Italy trip. The hotel is stylish with good communal areas, places to sit etc. The room was really comfortable with a balcony from which we see the lake … including a lightening storm behind the mountains The pool was really clean with lots of beds. Cool -but weather so warm that it was good The staff were friendly and polite EV charging (4 hours at approx 30 euros) Ferry was 3 mins walk and town was 15 mins walk …along an enchanting path to the beautiful……
