Probably my favourite hotel in Glasgow. Friendly staff. Great drinks. Double height ceilings and period details give it a real lux feel. The rooms are on the right side of shabby chic but extremely comfortable. Great place to explore the West End from.

Friendly and competent staff. Beautiful and well appointed room. Free breakfast was high quality with many options. Attached wellness center is very good.

Friendly reception guy at check in. Paid for a "Privilege" room, didn't get one. Guy at check out said it had been a "free upgrade" which made no sense as I was allocated a lower category of room than the one I booked. Hotel is being upgraded, so building work in the reception area.
