"The glass to the ping-pong room is broken, which you are clearly aware of, but there is glass on the ground both inside and outside. Obvious safety concern with small children here. Open pipe in the top floor bathroom vanity which emits a septic/sewage smell. Clearly the bathroom has a double vanity ..."
