### Studio any comfort.

Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a quiet house, consisting of a double bed, a sofa, a kitchen very well equipped, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a small terrace, tv with satellite, air conditioning and Wifi.  
Quiet 15 minutes walk from the village and shops.   
We also offer for your stay electric carts for 4 people extra. A fee of 5 euros per day per vehicle will be charged for any vehicle rented out of the accommodation.  
We offer an optional cleaning fee of 90 euros.
