### Studio Vue mer des Caraïbes, un Petit Coin de Paradis

Vous rêver de la Martinique les pieds dans l'eau à 29° pour vos vacances, je vous propose un studio à la résidence Les hauts de Caritan\*\*\* .   
Il est situé au 2ème et dernier étage d'un petit bâtiment créole vue sur la mer des Caraïbes et du célèbre rocher du diamant.  
Vous pourrez prendre vos repas sur le balcon offrant une vue sur un jardin tropicale luxuriant et sur la mer turquoise des Caraïbes.  
Aucune nuisance sonores a part le chant des oiseaux.  
  
Il peut accueillir 3 personnes pour un séjour paradisiaque.  
Le studio comprend une climatisation, un grand lit 160x200, un lit 1 personne, un bureau, une TV écran plat, une armoire avec un coffre-fort à l'intérieur,   
une salle de bain avec douche 90/90, un WC et sèche cheveux.   
Une kitchenette équipée d'un frigo-congelateur, micro-onde, d'une cafetière, d'une bouilloire, d'un grille-pain, une plaque chauffante, un évier et de toute la vaisselle nécessaire.  
Balcon avec table, chaises et étendage  
Les draps, serviettes de toilette et torchons sont fournis.  
Parking privé, wifi, laverie automatique.  
Accès direct à la plage de Caritans simplement en traversant la pelouse de la propriété.  
Service de conciergerie avec possibilité du 1er petit déjeuner local\*  
  
Des jeux aquatiques sont proposés aux enfants sur la plage avec la possibilité de louer des canoës, club de plongée, etc.  
Vous trouverez à 30 minutes à pieds par un jolie sentier les plus belles plages du Sud de la Martinique (les Salines, Cap Chevalier, Anse Meunier...)  
Le village est situé à 10 minutes à pieds offrant toutes les commodités:  
restaurants, magasin, postes, médecins, pharmacie, marcher créole ou vous trouverez des beaux poissons péchés du jour.  
Vous pourrez vous rendre au Marin, la plus grande marina des Antilles à 8 km où vous seront proposer des excursions en mer...  
A 50 km vous serez à Fort de France la capitale de la Martinique pour flâner et faire du shopping dans une ambiance Antillaise.  
Ne manquer pas de faire la visite des distilleries de rhum 3 Rivières, Habitation Clément, Dillon....  
L'aéroport Aimé Césaire se situe à 35 km avec la possibilité de louer un véhicule.  
  
Une caution de 350€ vous est demandée lors de votre réservation, elle ne sera pas débiter.
