With air conditioning and floor heating, the 65 m² apartment offers an ideal living environment. Due to its full and modern amenities, it is perfectly suited as a city apartment. Ecological and CO₂-free living is given significant importance. The power supply is supported by photovoltaics, heat is provided by an efficient heat pump, and the water supply for the toilet, washing machine, and garden is supplemented by a rainwater cistern.
