The positives of this property/hotel are: decent location, clean/modern room on the inside, refrigerator in room, priced competitively.
The negatives are: pile of trash next to front steps of property (for 5 days or maybe longer since I checked out), no room cleaning/trash removal for duration of stay (particularly challenging for longer stays), thin walls/noisy (both internal and external, especially with people coming and going all day/night for various activities and if you have a front facing room), no staff on sight.
Overall, the price was right, but the trash/noise/lack of cleaning made for a less positive experience.

This is basically camping in heated heavy plastic tents, great heated beds and only 2 toilets for the entire "campground" (7 other "buuble tents". I'm an avid camper so enjoyed it. If you're looking for seriously dark skies (which I was), be warned: there are nearby greenhouses with very bright lights on all night long. There is a shared kitchen, but stovetop didn't work so only sink & refrigerator

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
