Location is great, breakfast was good. A couple of issues, Door stuck to our room, had to really push to open, TV internet went out one morning. could not watch any TV. check in was slow because desk clerk was on phone with customer.

Amazing hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful, attentive to detail and professional. The staff at the Long Bar and Terrace were a different story. We got a table in the evening and no one ever came to us, we ended up standing by the bar and just ordering a drink there. For breakfast, we placed our order and apparently we were forgotten. I had to get up and go look for a staff member. The room was great, but we found body hair in the tub as we arrived. It was taken care of but something to keep in mind.

I enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza! My significant other and I were warmly greeted and were upgraded to a king sized suite. The lobby staff, room attendant, and the door holders were so kind. Some of them even noticed when I had a lot of bags or drinks in my hand and would click the elevator buttons for me. The location and convenience is unbeatable!! Just a short walk to Newbury Street and the Prudential Center. I also loved the comfort of the bed and the toiletries provided in the room. The only downside to the stay is that the building and rooms themselves need to be renovated. When we entered our room hallway and room, there was a strange smell that permeated the area. I purchased air sanitizer to help the situation. In the future, the hotel owners should consider making further renovations to the property. Thank you for the lovely stay!

During check-in, we were not informed that room service is available only upon request. As a result, we did not receive any service throughout our stay. It looked like the hotel wasn’t fully booked, so we feel we could have been given a room with a better view than the parking lot. Since our room faced the parking lot, our privacy was compromised, and we had to keep the curtains closed to avoid being seen from outside.

Had the most wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Boston. The room was perfect and the staff 5 star. Can't wait to come back.
