A boat launch is within walking distance, so bring your pontoon boat, fishing boat, ski boat, or jet ski to enjoy the relaxing waters of the TN River.
There is also a place to fish if you do not have a boat.
Relax on the front porch and take in the beauty of nature; this property is home to bald eagles.
