"Excellent experience. From check in where we were greeted with cold tea, very clean rooms though on small size (as advertised on the room description) beautiful design and materials. Very attentive staff. Great location near central market and temples in Chinatown. Lively area. Our corner room looked out over the intersection. Amenities including gym were very high quality. Restaurant was great as well. "

"Great youth hostel, very easy to live thanks to the staff Stayed in a 4 mixed bedroom which had A/C"

"No idea how this property has such high reviews. We left almost immediately and booked ourselves somewhere else nearby. The room was very basic, which would have been fine, but was also not clean. Sheets and beds had stains, traces of bed bugs, and only a dirty looking blanket to cover you that didn't look like it had been washed. Staff member barely reacted when we handed back the keys and said we were leaving - just rolled his eyes and took the key, so I assume we aren't the first to leave...

"Our family enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. We had a stunning view of KLCC and KL Tower from our unit. The unit was comfortable, clean and tastefully designed. KLCC and Bukit Bintang is just a short drive away. Host and security were all friendly. Would have been better if there was a hot water kettle provided, if the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger and if there was wifi but other than that we would highly recommend this unit. "
