"I rented Simon's vacation house on in Kuala Lumpur during my stay in KL for Chinese New Year. we are a family of 4 including my parents and my sister. The amenities that Simon provided inside is very good. "Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. Or at least include the Petronas view. It was barely an upgrade. Completely different from The Prestige in Penang; they went all in but it is the Marriott experience. "
