Enjoyed a one week stay at this property with my family recently. The communication and check in process was very smooth even though we were checking in past midnight. The unit itself was spacious, excellent view of the Petronas twin towers, and had all the ammeneties a family could ask for including a beautiful roof top pool. The location was also very convenient in KLCC, walkable to Metro, Pavilion mall, KLCC park, etc. Overall, loved the stay, would stay again, 5 stars!

I recently stayed at MOV Hotel in Malaysia and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I especially appreciated the clean common areas and relaxing environment. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. While there is always room for small improvements, my overall stay was very positive. This hotel has such a unique look and atmosphere. Very stylish, yet simple. Wonderful comfortable rooms in a very convenient location. The staff were some of the kindest and helpful I've ever had. They seemed so eager to help and make sure that my stay was comfortable. I will definitely look here first the next time I come back.
