We had a very enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the views were absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and well designed. There are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was quite confusing, and the instructions for accessing the hotel were not very clear, especially upon arrival. There was also a sewer smell coming from the bathrooms during our stay (probably because it’s a new building). Overall, a lovely property with amazing views and a beautiful apartment.

Enjoyed a one week stay at this property with my family recently. The communication and check in process was very smooth even though we were checking in past midnight. The unit itself was spacious, excellent view of the Petronas twin towers, and had all the ammeneties a family could ask for including a beautiful roof top pool. The location was also very convenient in KLCC, walkable to Metro, Pavilion mall, KLCC park, etc. Overall, loved the stay, would stay again, 5 stars!

The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I especially appreciated the clean common areas and relaxing environment. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. While there is always room for small improvements, my overall stay was very positive. I would gladly recommend MOV Hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, affordable, and centrally located place to stay in Malaysia. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit.
