“Liked everything in the hotel staff are helpful and approachable all other amenities are good looking forward to stay again Thank you”

“My experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad was extremely disappointing. For a hotel carrying the Hilton name and charging premium prices, the quality of the rooms and the level of service should be much better. The room experience fell short of expectations, and the overall stay did not feel worth the money. The hotel needs to pay much more attention to room maintenance, cleanliness, and the quality of its facilities. The staff experience was equally frustrating. Guests should be treated……

“Clean room and it's right next to one of the best malls of the city, wonderful location. ”

“Room just kept smelling, construction work right outside the window day and night so we had not slept during our stay. Told them and answer was it’s not our building! The welding and burning smell was coming into room but they did nothing. Toilet was not flushing after one person had been and kept running, limescale in shower all over and rusty. No customer service at all. Took photos and videos and still waiting as want a full refund! Don’t book! We moved to another hotel”

“Staff are standout, nicer and more welcoming and professional than all the 5 stars I’ve stayed at.”

“毛巾很髒，厠所有味道，房間不太清潔”

“Very friendly staff, an amazing and peaceful property, and a great location right in the heart of the main hub. An ideal place to stay if you’re visiting for business or professional commitments. The fast internet is definitely a big plus! My only suggestion would be to clean out the sediment buildup in the bathroom plumbing, particularly in the shower and bidet, to improve water flow. Overall, a very pleasant stay!”

“Rooms are too old..they need to do renovations.”

“ある程度海外に慣れている日本人なら問題なく泊まれる。 ランドリーサービスやボトルウォーター、アメニティなどが無料。 1Fにチャイ屋さんが入っているので、チャイがすぐ飲める。”

“酒店对面有个小商场，药店之类的，还比较方便。周边环境比较乱，但离高速路很近，交通便利。房间干净整洁，服务还不错。就是没有区分吸烟和无烟房，做无烟处理效果不好，房间窗户又不能开，有点郁闷。”
