Private 1st floor condo with everything and more one would need for a relaxing stay. Just minutes from Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle. Swipe card did not work at the Pink Flamingo and it wasn’t open. I liked the fact that the location was included in the listing so we could see exactly where property is. Upon booking I contacted the host and she was very responsive. This is a great location and property inside was very clean and decorated nicely. Nice beach items for use. On the downside there was an issue with check in as instructions never came. I wanted to go into property prior to my son’s arrival and had to contact host after 4 o’clock check in time. Hanging out in parking lot but I will say she responded quickly and provided code to enter. My son told me the people directly above them were very noisy on one night (Saturday) making it difficult for child in top bunk to fall asleep. That’s something host has no control over and being ground level you always hope people above you are considerate of that. Having said that ground floor with children and “stuff” is a plus. Overall this is a great property and personally I found it to be extremely clean which is huge for me. ##### Janene M.
