4 bedroom home on the water

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on the canal is very close to the Kawana shopping centre, cafes, restaurants and cinema. Easy walk to Mooloolaba or Kawana Beach, the local library and tennis courts.
Absolutely no parties.

2 storeys with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom at the bottom. 3 Queen beds and 1 Double bed to accommodate up to 8 guests only. Separate TV room, air conditioning downstairs and in the master bedroom, fans, Pool and BBQ. Free Wifi
Pool table and lounge with bathroom in the games room along the pool.
Deep water access for your boat, but no jetty.
Small dog* on application, must be strictly kept outdoors.
Driveway space for 2 vehicles
