An absolute waterfront apartment in the very heart of Caloundra and directly across the road from Bulcock Beach.
Unit 8 Lowanna is perfectly positioned along the esplanade, overlooking the stunning waters of Pumicestone Passage at Bulcock Beach with views stretching out over Bribie Island, Golden Beach, the shipping lanes and even the Glass House Mountains.

Only a stones throw from a wide range of eateries including beachfront restaurants and takeaways plus many more options in the main street of Caloundra which is just a minutes walk away. Features of this apartment include 2 bedrooms (with a Queen and 2 King Single beds) 1 bathroom (shower only), spacious living and dining area and a modern, well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also air-conditioning in the living area & main bedroom, a dryer and washing machine in the bathroom area + TV & Blue Ray DVD Player and a mounted TV in the bedroom.

Lowanna has been very well maintained and offers both elegant and comfortable furnishings throughout, perfect for a family or a couple wanting to enjoy waterfront living at its best. The Lowanna complex offers a baggage lift and Unit 8 has a double lock up garage (suitable for two smaller sized cars or a small boat and car)

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
