Summary:  
Located in one of the most popular areas of Mooloolaba, this apartment is a delight to stay in for the holiday maker. This top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, self contained apartment includes full laundry and kitchen facilities! There is only a board walk and natural vegetation between the complex and the beach. Mooloolaba Esplanade shopping and dining precinct are just a 5 minute walk away. This complex also offers a swimming pool, secure parking.

Getting Around:  
Getting around is easy! This apartment is conveniently located near public transportation options. While specific bus routes and schedules vary, there are multiple bus stops within walking distance, making it simple to explore Mooloolaba and the surrounding Sunshine Coast area. Secure undercover parking is available for one car. For those arriving by air, Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Brisbane Airport (BNE) is further, about a 90-minute drive. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available for convenient transportation.

This amount is held off your available funds and released after 10-14 days to cover any miscellaneous charges, damages, or breakages. The unit was in a great location and was a good size. I just think these days people expect air con and internet. They are not expensive to provide. I did not read the add fully so it’s my fault.

#### Great location but Stinks of Mould and Greed

Upon opening the door, you could smell mould straight away. The two bedrooms smelt the worst, & the smell is quite clearly in the carpet & the main bedroom has mould above the bed, so we couldn’t sleep in the bedroom, had to bring the mattress out into the loungeroom & sleep on the floor in front of the open balcony doors. My son had to sleep with us as he is only 5 and has a medical condition, & mould has triggered it in the past. My Mum who had to stay sleeping in the spare room, had developed a cough by the morning. Instead of staying for the whole weekend, she had to leave the next morning. The loungeroom curtains, are covered in mould, front and back. The same goes for every horizontal blind in the apartment, mould spots all over them. The boat statues on the bookshelf were also covered in mould, adding to the musty, mouldy smell. Why couldn’t you leave you ask? Our house had people staying in it for the weekend & we couldn’t just pack up & drive home. The TV is old and the speaker was distorted & sounded blown, there is no WIFI but I didn’t think to check because who doesn’t have WIFI, so that is on us, but for that price, no WIFI? Lamp in the loungeroom doesn’t work & the couch is filthy. It's not stained, it's just grime & is disgusting. There's a Wok in the cupboard that is so rusty & damaged, same goes for a fry pan, utensils old, knives barely cut. Fans are old, noisy and front security screen doesn't lock. Save your money, stay somewhere else.
