WOTIF? Not so good. Two amounts were taken from my account. You can only contact Wotif by email or chat. Waiting time ok compared to banks and internet providers but the chat itself was disruptive. I had to upload proof of the double dipping to my bank account and the chat upload wouldn't accept the upload despite being around 186k. Very frustrating to the chat agent and myself. ……

“Amazing apartment I street back from the ocean. Lota of cafes and places to eat downstairs and a few minutes walk. Reception was amazing and staff were very helpful and organised a late check out for us free of charge. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Beds were very comfortable. We were allocated 1 parking bay. The only strange thing was the position of the toilet in the ensuite bathroom. It was position facing a wall which gave limited space. We are of average height but would not of been good if……
"Didn't have a chance to explore nearby as it was raining, limited indoor parking so you have to park outside which might not be an ideal option if you have a lot of luggage. Worth mentioning is the gym at the hotel which is good."
