“Night desk clerk was new so I’m not going to be directing anything at her. We checked in and went to our room and noticed the room had a terrible smell of cigarettes and did not seem clean at all. If this was a blindfold and smell test, they failed. The desk clerk allowed us to change rooms and somehow the second room was worse. We checked the beds for bedbugs (like we do everywhere we stay) and it showed signs of bedbugs. I have a video to prove it as well. We got our stuff and checked out.……

“When we opened the room to move in, a pungent smell hit our faces. I thought it was the smell of disinfectant, so we opened the door for half an hour to barely make it less pungent. But when we went to the bathroom and found two cockroaches crawling around, I realized that the pungent smell should be the smell of cockroach medicine, and those two cockroaches became a nightmare for my wife who couldn't sleep all night”
