clean room, staff was amazing. Good food nearby close fo transit office of airport and ferry. But the hour to the ferry and back made day trips impossible to ko sumai at least for package tours.
Picture is when i was leaving my room. The lobby looked new and fresh. I didn't expect the room to look so dated and worn. Felt like a dorm or hostel room.

Nice hotel shame about the concrete beds

Good Clean room Friendly and helpful staff Air con and fridge Poor Bed was very, very hard and I like a firm bed. It was difficult to sleep I could feel a metal Rod on the edge of the mattress. Pillow was too thin, one wafer thin.

We stayed here for one night before heading to stay on the national park. Rooms were very clean and shower was good. Perfect for one night, although beds were very very hard and windows thin so can hear noise from street. Good value for money

Would have loved the beds to be a bit more comfortable or at least more than 1 thickness/firmness of pillows. For the firmness of the mattress the pillows were incredibly large and thick. I appreciate when hotels provide 2 types of pillows to accommodate different sleepers. The hotel was a little dated and the bathrooms needed updates (shower in one room didn't even work) but it was clean and the staff were very lovely. The lobby was very nice and the restaurant across the lane was really good. We were easy walking distance to laundry, a great night market, and even an easy walk to the waterfront boardwalk. I would consider this hotel again. Thank you.

Nice hotel. Good location, closed to markets. Good A/C. Pretty clean. Anyway, the beds are very hard and no soundproofing walls so we can hear everything from the hallway and the neighbors next doors.

We stayed here for 1 night before flying out. It was nice and the service was good, but the beds are so hard and the walls are so thin we didn’t get much sleep.

This hotel was a great value for the money. The rooms were basic, but clean and adequate. We had two adjoining rooms with a shared door that worked great for our family. The hotel is quite close to the night market and made for a nice stay on the way to Koh Samui. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt we got an amazing value for our money!

Just about ok for a 1 night stay, but bed was very hard and difficult to sleep in, noisy traffic and dogs barking in the neighbourhood at night. No hairdryer available. Air conditioning works well. Rooms very basic overall, different than in the pictures.

Stayed here for 2 days as a family of 4, as a transit down to the Islands in Southern Thailand. Unfortunately one of our party was nursing 'Bangkok belly' so we couldn't see a lot of Surat Thani. However the hotel was functional and utilitarian - exactly what we needed at the time. My only critique (besides the external noise, nothing the hotel can do about that) is the fact the rooms are incredibly spartan, and lack kettles and night lamps. Overall it's perfect for transiting backpackers, so I know kettles aren't a priority, but they can be used for other things like noodles, tea, coffee. Overall a good hotel and good value for money with very nice staff. The cafe they own (right next to it) is also lovely, with a good selection of food. Would recommend.

Location is prime. Disappointed: lack of water kettle, ceramic cups, small towels (only bath towels provided), glasses in bathroom (for brushing teeth), hair dryer and bedside reading lamps. All the above are generously available in most hotels. Very disappointed: staff at front desk NOT helpful with booking daytime longtail boat tour in Tapi River (Klong Roi Sai). They could have advised us alternative ways to find the tour. We later found out ourselves two ways: go directly to the pier along Tapi where boat tour agents are easily found OR walk into any other hotels/hostels which can book the tour. We went to My Place Hostel nearby where the front staff gladly helped us to book the tour. We weren’t even guests of that hostel.

L’hôtel est très simple à trouver et est prêt de tout. Le personnel est sympathique et le lobby est ouvert 24H. Par contre, vous allez dormir sur des ressorts et l’air climatisé dans le visage.. Le rideau de douche arrivait à sa 9ième vie, mais sinon le ménage était bien.
