We have 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and have an open plan living area with a large alfresco deck with lovely views across the bay. We are located in Surfside which is a quiet part of town and are a short 20 minute walk into the CBD on a cement footpath and over the new bridge. We have a Mini IGA with a bottle shop a short 5-minute walk away. We are on a large securely fenced 850 sqm block of land which is completely flat and offers loads of car parking and boat storage space. Very clean. Linen/bath towels provided makes the stay easy for a quick departure. Loved the huge deck and watching the sunset. Only downside was the backyard was not dog proofed due to neighbour taking down their shed. Michelle was very empathetic and came up with some solutions to keep our dogs contained. Timbara was lovely. Great view of the water and a fantastic outside deck serving as another living area. Sadly the house could have had a bit more of a deep clean, and there was only 1 toilet roll and 1 tea towel upon our arrival. We believe there may have also been an animal living in the roof or chimney. Garden was nice and secure for our dog and the pantry was well stocked with staples (+ more).
