“The hotel is on a lovely golf estate and a nice pool. The rooms are fine. I had booked 3 rooms for my son's graduation. One room was single which was in the loft. It was during the hot weather and the window wouldn't open and the rooms do not have air condition.
There was a wedding celebration and the room was over the area of the party. I asked to be moved and they did not want to help. They said the wedding would be finished by 12am. I argued that we paid to sleep at the hotel and I needed an……

“I booked a room but all night there were banging doors outside my room as the main corridor door was right next to my room. I was also near the hotel entrance where there was a lot of banging. So not a great night sleep!”
