“The accommodations were generally fine. The biggest issue was communication with the host who spoke no English. He tried hard but it was difficult. There were no instructions other than how to enter the condo. We’re used to having a host leave restaurant recommendations, things to do, points of interest, places to shop, how to use the washing machine, etc. The kitchen implements were dated. There were no dish towels, for example. Make sure you have What’s App or speak the local language. Ask a...

"¿Qué fue mal? Varias cosas. Cuando uno elige un hotel con SPA, no espera que en check in le digan que ya no hay hora. ¿Cuando se supone que tenía que avisar? Eso ha sido una buena decepción. Segundo tema, la calefacción. Estaba rota. En chico de recepción dijo que iba a avisar a mantenimiento, pero después de más de dos horas, nunca apareció nadie. Finalmente, el chico agobiado nos subió unos calefactores portátiles. El restaurante juntito, tanto en la cena como en el desayuno. En definitiva no es que el hotel sea horrible, es que no han cumplido la expectativa creada."
