When I think of Shila hotel I think of excellence as I have been accustomed on several trips to Korea with a previous night stay in Yeosu-that hotel is excellent. First that rooms need a make over-lot of cracks along the walls and ceiling. Next-no working AC. I had to open the window because the front desk manager stated to me that AC was shut off for the entire building even though the lobby, gym, and hallways had working AC. There was no notice of AC..."Reviewed November 4, 2026Roundtrip • Los Angeles (LAX) - Busan (PUS)LAX - PUS • 1 stop PUS - LAX • 1 stop$1,871$1,504found 1 day agoper traveler - Busan Business Hotel

Casaday Hotel
Casaday Hotel"Breakfast is only served from Tuesday to Thursday, it wasn’t mentioned in here that from Saturday to Monday they don’t serve breakfast, who is very disappointed based on the price I paid. Also the toilet seat in my room was in bad condition. After the first night my bed cover has stain on it, when they cleaned the room the day after, the bed cover wasn’t cleaned. Overall for the price I thought it would have been better but it was not the case from my experience "
Grand Mercure Ambassador Changwon
Grand Mercure Ambassador Changwon"I stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Changwon for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved my experience. The hotel and rooms were clean, ambience was calm and the staff were professional. Don’t expect them all to speak English and there is no free breakfast on the day of your check out. Breakfast was buffet and gourmet, and I loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries— that bidet (finger taps). Enjoyed the wedding which was also held at the hotel. All in all a solid 8.5/10."

"Free draft beer in the evenings was a plus. Bed was comfortable. At check-in, we were told breakfast was included, it was not. There were no USB or US plugs in the room. The shower door would not close completely leading to water on the floor. A serious security issue is that the room number is taped onto each door card. If dropped and found the hotel and room number would be known. Additionally this indicates the cards are reused so a scanning tool can be used to duplicate the key to...
"This hotel was very nice. Just enough amenities and just enough space. The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice."
Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Changwon
Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Changwon"Property is nice and comfortable, nice bed and decoration very luxurious, but I have some complaints, the water pressure in the sink was too high I had to be very careful so no to splash it and even though it was really difficult. Same with the liquid soap you push and it comes a lot so took too long washing hands. Finally the toilet douche or temperature adjustment didn’t work, I come from America so I was not expecting it anyway but it would had been nice. Personal very nice and helpful....
