Sutton County Vacations & Trips from $1,072

Traveling and booked an hour before arriving. Reviews said hotel was very good, I do not agree. Both beds white comforters had stains, brown blanket had cigarette burn holes, walls dirty and headboard above one bed had greasy hand prints all over. Bathroom shower had cracks all around where you turn the water on/off. For the price it could have been worse, I had problems sleeping because I knew the room was not clean.

We had a bad experience at Woodsprings Suites and I needed a new hotel at 8 AM. Cathy got me into a room immediately even though check in technically wasn’t until 3 PM. The staff were very kind and accepted my service dog with no problems even though he had been injured and couldn’t work while we were there. It was a really enjoyable stay so much so I extended and stayed an additional night

Sheets were dirty. Shower a drilled of water. No microwave.

Room was well cleaned. Staff was helpful with the signing in process. Stayed for 2 nights. Both beds were made and all the towels were replaced next day. Breakfast was a breakfast nothing super crazy but was good.
