“The room was clean and comfortable. Really nice bathroom with a great waterfall shower. The beds were really comfortable. We both had great nights sleep. We were able to move around, sitting in the lobby area before a blazing fire, and playing cards in the morning room. It felt very homey. The staff was warm and welcoming. “Our stay at Pinôt Boutique Hotel was sensational; warm greeting with a lot of thought put into every detail to ensure 5 star comfort. The decor, personalized service when it came to assisting us with restaurant reservations and other local activities, excellent cocktail service, spacious rooms and lockers to store our sport equipment are all part of the package. “room was big and clean, as expected for the price. however, the fireplace is cheap, tv is tiny, and the walls are paper thin. we clearly heard coughing, light chatter, and snoring throughout the night. there was lots of ice around the property, very dangerous for less mobile folk nothing complimentary in terms of in room water/beverages, or snacks (besides coffee+creamers) we found it interesting that breakfast was not included, which is surprising for a 300+$ room. when we booked we didn’t……
