“The Stable was as expected, the pictures represent the property perfectly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and return. The Stable is on a site with quite a few other holiday lets, all qwerky and luxurious in their own right. Grounds were nice and we walked through the woods to the Clubhouse of the neighbouring golf club. Recommations from us, flip the lounge and the bedroom and then you have an ensuite. “Everything was perfect! La Casetta is immaculately clean, private, and comfortable. The hosts live right next door, and are very kind and thoughtful. They set up a table and chairs so I could enjoy the beautiful garden, and brought me tiramisu my last evening. I look forward to staying here again. ”

“This house is beautiful and full of character. It is comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen was easy to use and the shower was perfect. We loved Amesbury as well - it is a great small town with easy access to Salisbury and the main A303 route. Overal an excellent stay. ”

“The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. “This was a lovely bolt hole in the country and an ideal location for visiting wonderful local landmarks. The cottage was well equipped and nicely presented with a welcoming box of biscuits on arrival. Very quiet with tranquil views. The owners were over the driveway and extremely friendly. Salisbury, Glastonbury, Sherborne and the like were within easy reach as was Poole on the coast. An ideal spot and perfect for that relaxing getaway.”
