“The location was good, with a pub and shop just up the road. A nice 20 minute walk into the city centre. Great communication from the hosts. Definitely recommend.”

“A good budget option for a family or small group. About half an hours walk to the city centre and you can use the walls for part of that which is nice. Self check in via key box is very convenient and they sent a list of shops/restaurants etc which was also nice. Towels and sheets are professionally laundered which I appreciated. And the amenities are accurately listed. The property had been cleaned but personally I think it could do with a deep clean (carpets, light switches, cobwebs etc). The……

“Lovely property but some improvements needed. We really enjoyed our stay in this house which is so near the river, park, Bishy Rd and central York. The property does need some serious talc especially paintwork, outside space and some of the basics provided such as only one tea towel for a 10 day stay. The information for the house needs some updating also. It states there is a washer/dryer but it isn’t it is just a washer and doesn’t mention a dishwasher which the kitchen does have. Overall we……
