"Breakfast had the best variety I have ever seen. The room had everything I needed including a toothbrush which was great when mine broke. The spa looked great but I arrived too late to take advantage. The beach is right outside, I imagine in the summer it is lovely. It is small shingle stones so you may need some footwear. Staff were friendly and helped booking a proper taxi to the airport (€7). "

"We had a wonderful stay here. The best views you will ever get. Two large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a bath tub with shower but I is really hard to get into as it is so close to the toilet. Finding it is the main problem as it is straight up a very narrow road. You feel like you are going for ever. You drive past Kotor past Prcanj village and it is on the left hand side of the road, there is a garbage can at the bottom on the right of driveway. The blue sign on the wall says Ulica Sarena Gomila then drive up the road 500 m or so to POD Batun, it is the 2nd building down on left, last garage before entrance, go up the stairs go left past pool and up the stairs on left and straight back. Unless you are hail and hardy you will not be walking down the hill and easily."

"Overall, excellent. Very well equipped property. Terrace was a real highlight with superb views. Cosy kitchen/living space. Only observation would be the rather vertiginous steps up to the top bedrooms, with limited head space. Not a problem for the younger members of our party, but should probably be mentioned in the details. "
