“We had a joyful 4-day stay at Mantra Koodam and it was the highlight of our trip. If you are traveling as a group, I highly recommend the Pannaiyar Illam.
The Highlights:
The Villa: The house is stunning and well-appointed. The high ceilings are a lifesaver -- they kept the rooms incredibly cool and airy despite the warm afternoon sun. The indoor swing (oonjal) and the intricate bronze Dashavataram artwork gave the space a truly authentic, soulful feel.

“KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort.”
