The property had lots of green space to walk a dog. The property was fairly quiet with being almost full. Bed was pretty comfortable. There was some built up dust in the corners of the room, but overall clean.

The junior suite was dark and dreary it needs some updating
that includes the bathroom.
The pictured suite online is bright and spacious not like the actual room 432.

If I am a woman travelling solo, I would be a bit scared because of the men to women ratio. I haven't seen 1 woman in the hotel during my stay. They are really nice but it is a bit discomfiting.
Breakfast doesn't offer a lot of options, but of course, with just 90 dollars that's fair. They don't have bacon or even eggs; just cereal, waffles, and what I think is a pancake. The hair dryer is not workingin the room we stayed in, but the building is well-maintained even if it is showing signs of age. The mirror in the headboard is a nice touch.
If you're on a budget, then this would be a very pleasant stay. If not,or you're a woman travelling alone, I suggest you find somewhere else.
