“Fabulous location, great house for 3 couples with 3 bathrooms. We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team. “The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible , So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home.”

“The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property.”
