As a part of the exclusive Waterfront Greens community, you are just a short drive away from amazing, free amenities like a Par 3 community golf course (walking course; bring your own clubs), miniature golf, tennis courts, and lake access for swimming and lakeside picnics.

Location Highlights: This home is a part of the prestigious Waterfront Greens community, thus granting access to a wide host of wonderful community amenities within walking distance! The Waterfront Greens community has the following free amenities available to guests: access to a Par 3 golf course (no golf carts or club rentals), mini golf course, tennis courts, and lake access point with designated swimming area and lakeside picnic tables. All community amenities are within a 5-10 minute walk of the house or a short 1-2 minute drive (parking available). If you are traveling with more people, the Red Barn Inn (just down the hill) and the Fianna's Landing vacation rental (next door) are both available for full private rental by guests, are directly adjacent to the home, and are also managed by Red Barn Vacations. If you are attending a wedding at the Red Barn Inn, this home is the closest and most convenient to the venue! Elsewhere, the Dutch's at Silver Tree fine dining restaurant, the lakefront Harbor Bar, and the Silver Tree Marine are within a 5 minute drive.

Great house

We loved our stay at this house! The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all of our guests. We loved the big yard, hot tub, fire pit, and lots of outdoor seating. I wish it was within walking distance to the dock but luckily it was a just easy 5 minute drive away with parking provided.

Fantastic Stay

Stayed here with a group of friends to end the summer and it was fantastic. The property was clean, had incredible views from the deck, and was very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone!

Accurate description and lovely stay

The house, area and dealing with host were all great. I would say my only complaint would be the television would sometimes skip, being college football season that was a little annoying. Also, the putt putt golf was definitely rundown. But we did a lot of morning walks and enjoyed the view and surroundings. The house was a 9.5 knocked down 0.5 for the TV. Still rounds up to a 10

Great house, super clean and great property managers.

We loved almost everything about the property. Was very clean and spacious. The only negative was most of the sofas and living area seating was damaged/broken and TVs need to be updated. We were advised by property manager that new owners just purchased the home and we’re going to add new furniture and fix some things. Once that happens this will be one of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed at and would love to return.

Perfect for our family!

We absolutely loved our stay! Even though the weather was typical Deep Creek weather, it didn't matter! We had the best time relaxing and having fun at home. From the pool table, fully stocked kitchen for cooking our family meals at home, to the comfy beds. The layout was spacious, so we never felt cramped. My husband and son went golfing every chance they got! It was the perfect family vacation.

Holiday stay at the Chateau

The Chareau Royale was the perfect space for our largeish party. The space was clean, very well apportioned, and offered great views. The space was big enough so that we never felt crowded and the amenities were excellent! We loved the game room, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit! The house is also very centrally located and we were within a 15 minute drive from all local attractions. The staff at Red Barn are a cut above most other rental companies. The entire process was very thoughtfully communicated and their service was excellent. Thank you, again, Red Barn for an excellent experience!

A tranquil getaway

The tranquility of the area sets in when you wake up early in the morning with a cup of Joe on the balcony and take in the breathtaking view of the landscape. We loved the Chateau Royale's wood design and amenities. We enjoyed the thoughtful touch-less hospitality which proactively anticipated and accommodated beyond our needs and concerns. The mission if you choose to embark on this gateway, will be to have a relaxing vacation. By the middle of the gateway, you would assuredly hear yourself saying “Serenity now!!!!….”

Family vacation

We loved our week at this property! The primary bathroom shower was amazing! We loved seeing the wildlife everyday. Counter space and food storage space was limited considering the rental is meant for large groups.

Perfect trip!

Went on a long weekend trip with some friends to hang and catch up, it was the perfect spot! We loved the hot tub and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Would and will go back in the future!

Just what we needed!

Took family and friends for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The place had an amazing view. Very clean. They were very quick to answer my texts. Very close to wisp ski resort. Would stay there again.
