"We loved this cabin! Convenient and beautiful location. Everything was updated and VERY clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Great decor. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch. Kitchen was very well-appointed; couch and chairs were comfortable; yard and hot tub were very well-maintained. Owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had an issue with the Internet-- even called to help us fix it! Easy check in and check out.Only complaint is that the hot tub was set to 60F when we arrived and we were not able to use it that night as it takes 6 - 8 hours to fully heat up.The only other note I would make is that the cabin is set very close to Glendale Road and the road noise is very loud if you're sitting on the porch or if you have the windows open. So (depending on the season), if your goal is peace and quiet, this may not be the best spot for you. It didn't really bother us, but it is worth mentioning."

"We stayed for a long weekend at “Almost heaven”. We really enjoyed the location- just a walk across the street to enjoy the dock and small beach area! (We brought our kayak and paddleboards and were able to just walk them over to get on the lake!) The location is great for a trip to the state park and close to town for necessities. We also enjoyed a fire out in the beautiful fire pit! The house was plenty spacious for our family trip (8 adults and 2 kids)Kathy was very prompt to respond to any questions!"

"This was a lovely property ... our family had a fantastic time! We really appreciated all of the extras provided by the host. The gaming area with pool, ping-pong, and Foosball tables were a huge hit with the kids and the adults loved playing blackjack with the board provided. The DVD collection was so fun ... some great throwback movies for downtime after our outdoor adventures! Enjoyed a lovely evening around the firepit introducing the little ones to S'mores and playing games in the spacious yard. Tanecia was incredibly responsive and communicative and it's clear that she truly cares about her guests having a wonderful time. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"This is a very comfortable home. Although no AC the breeze off the water and the availability of box fans made it comfortable for sleeping at night. The basement area is naturally very cool if you need to escape the heat. Home is very spacious and comfortable with plenty of options to spread out. The dock was great for my two wave runners. Just note that the channel outside the house is quite popular for boats with skiers to buzz by so be sure to bring plenty of feeders to absorb the impact. The lake is a blast to explore and there are no hazards. Only deep water. Highly recommend Railey mgt and there properties. Also the offsite storage for your trailer and machines is actually very convenient and keeps them from clogging property driveways. There are deer everywhere and I recommend Swallow Falls if you want a casual hike as a change of pace. "
