“Quiet location. 2 min walk to lake. Narrow beach, primarily large pebble and rocks, as well as entrance to the lake, though with patches of sand. Water shoes highly recommended. Comfortable for small kids to play in/near water. Great place for windsurfing, wing, kite etc.”

“The property description was on point and any questions I had, the owner was very attentive to and quick with replies. The townhouse was clean, efficiently decorated, stocked with a few necessities like kitchen sponge, napkins, paper towels, and first aid kit. Appreciated that they supplied towels, linens and had AC for the two excessively hot days we were there. It is conveniently located to multiple bike paths and a short 15 minute car ride into Burlington for great eats and breweries....

“This was our second year staying at the Big Yellow Camp. Another wonderful week. The check in process was easy, the owners are always available and very helpful. The house has so much character, it feels like home. We enjoyed the space and were very comfortable with 12 adults and three kids age 6 months - 4 years old. You cannot beat the view and beach access! ”

“Booked this property for a family getaway. House was very clean and well maintained with lots of new appliances. Great spaces for cookouts, campfires, playing games, and fishing. Mr Casey supplied extra kayaks and lifejackets and was easy to reach with questions. Lake Champlain was a nice paddle down the Great Chazy River, and we caught lots of perch from the dock. I can't say enough nice things about this property and the host!”

“The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. ”

“Valcour Cottages was the perfect escape for a lake house vacation! The house was clean, perfect view of Lake Champlain, and provided wood for fire pits at night. We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes!
