“The hotel matron was absolutely delightful and kind. The building, tho older is well maintained and extremely clean. The lobby has so much natural light, making breakfast a joy. The clientele was a mix of short trip folks and extended stay laborers. Very quiet and peaceful. The hotel shares a cul-de-sac with a gas station, ice cream shop, pizza parlor, subway and liquor store. ”

“I like everything about the hotel on the second floor and Barbacoa restaurant below on the first floor. The owners were easy to talk with and if I were in the area I would definitely stay here again. Note: No elevator but my wife are used to stairs.”

“We highly recommend Tom’s log cabin! Highlights include an airy, modern main floor, plenty of space to sprawl, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful patio area with a fire pit. Little Birch Lake was great for kayaking. Finally, we appreciated Tom’s communication and accommodations for our needs. ”

“The cabin was exactly as shown in the listing, and even cuter in person. Located on a beautiful lake and in a quiet neighborhood. Public boat landing was just down the road which was very convenient. Kids loved getting to use the paddle boat and kayaks. Would stay here again! ”
