I watched him interact with a gentleman and Daniel was so accommodating and helpful in communicating to this man who I think did not have a lot of $$ to stay. The front desk could have been friendlier, the ramp was free to park nights and weekends (we stayed a Friday night) but we were still charged to park in the ramp by the hotel. I feel for the price of the room the parking fee should be included. "
