“Staying at the Alexander Mansion felt like stepping back in time to an era of elegance and warmth. “Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. ”

“No breakfast items that were supposed to start in the summer. Need to have larger trash baskets for garbage in room. Especially if cooking in room. More Kleenex in rooms. Not just bathroom. Channel TV guide printout would be nice.”
