Would be nice for next time if 212 had an extra chair and small writing table. Had to use ironing board for table and sit on bed as a chair. Also wash clothes were short and had to use black "makeup" cloth for shower that was leaking dye. We made it through though.

Incredible value! We love the location. It's an easy drive to most places in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, check in check out easy, and staff nice. Not much more you could ask for at this price.

"Our only complaint was with the pullout sleeper sofa. The mattress on it was horrible. My daughter could feel every coil & spring as she tried to sleep. I asked the front desk for a blanket to offer some comfort to the mattress but, they only had one thin blanket…Otherwise, everything else was ..."
